Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that every client is completely satisfied with our services. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
— You request a refund in writing within 7 days of payment.
— No substantial service has been delivered (e.g., tax return filing, final report, or completed consultation).
— If some work has been completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the effort and time spent.
Please note:
— We do not issue refunds for completed or submitted tax returns, missed appointments, or digital products once they have been accessed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Most of our services are delivered electronically. However, we accommodate physical shipping upon request:
— Finalized documents (e.g., tax returns, financial reports) are delivered via secure digital methods such as encrypted email or client portals.
— For physical mailings, we use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
— Shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated in advance and reflected in your invoice.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Return Policy
Due to the customized and professional nature of our services:
— We do not accept returns on completed work or digital downloads.
— If you believe the service provided did not meet your expectations, contact us at help@ms-tax.org. We will investigate and, if necessary, offer a resolution or refund at our discretion.
If we send incorrect physical documents, we will correct and resend them at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellations are handled:
— Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a $50 fee or loss of prepaid service credit.
— Ongoing services or subscriptions (e.g., monthly bookkeeping or advisory retainers) require 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
— Project-based engagements may be canceled for a full refund if no work has started. If work is in progress, a partial refund may be offered based on the time spent.
