Professional services
M.S. Tax provides tax, accounting, payroll and advisory services. The exact deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fee are stated in a written engagement agreement or service order before work begins.
Delivery
Services are generally delivered through the secure client portal, electronic filing systems, scheduled meetings and written work product. Timing depends on receiving complete and accurate information from the client and on response times from taxing authorities.
Recurring services
Monthly bookkeeping and payroll services continue for the period stated in the engagement agreement. Changes in transaction volume, entities, payroll frequency or scope may require a revised agreement and fee.
Cancellation
A client may request cancellation in writing. Work completed, committed third-party costs and services already delivered remain payable. Access to records and final work product is handled according to the engagement agreement and applicable professional rules.
Refunds
Professional fees are earned as work is performed. Any refund request is reviewed against the written scope, completed work, non-refundable government fees and third-party charges. No particular tax, collection or audit outcome is guaranteed.
Pricing corrections
If a published price contains a clear error, M.S. Tax may correct it before accepting an engagement. The client receives the accurate scope and price before authorizing work.
