Asset protection · business advisory

The structure should match the risk and the tax return.

Entity formation alone does not create protection. Ownership, contracts, insurance, separate records and consistent operation must work together. We coordinate the tax and business pieces and identify when specialized legal counsel is needed.

Questions

Asset Protection & Business Advisory FAQ.

Does an LLC automatically protect personal assets?

No. Protection depends on state law, the claim and whether the entity is operated separately and properly. Insurance and legal advice remain important.

Is asset protection the same as hiding assets?

No. Legitimate planning uses lawful ownership, contracts, insurance and records. It does not conceal assets or frustrate known creditors.

Do you provide legal advice on every issue?

No. We provide tax and business advisory within our scope and coordinate with specialized counsel when a legal opinion or instrument is required.
