Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit through the contact form, including contact details, address, topic and message. We may also receive referral parameters, device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed and interactions used to operate, measure and secure the site.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, evaluate whether M.S. Tax can assist, operate the website and meet legal or professional obligations. Website activity may be used to understand marketing performance and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Do not submit sensitive identifiers
The public contact form is for an initial inquiry. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full tax account transcripts, bank details or identity documents. Existing clients receive instructions for the secure portal.
Service providers
Firebase App Hosting hosts the website, Resend delivers contact-form email, Google Analytics and Google Ads measure traffic and marketing performance, and HubSpot supports website analytics and lead management. These providers may process limited information on our behalf or under their own published privacy terms.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google and HubSpot may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize a browser, measure visits and interactions, and attribute marketing results. Browser settings and applicable provider controls can be used to limit cookies. Blocking them may reduce measurement but does not prevent you from contacting M.S. Tax.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, engagement, legal obligation or security purpose. No internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may request correction or deletion of contact-form information, subject to professional, contractual and legal retention duties, by emailing help@ms-tax.org.
